• Must—Critical to the current delivery timebox to be a success.‍

• Should—Important but not necessary in the current delivery timebox.‍

• Could—Desirable but not necessary. Could improve customer satisfaction.‍

• Won’t—Agreed as the least-critical. Not planned.
