How to calculate one subscriber?
Each unique email address that receives status updates or release notes counts as one subscriber, regardless of the number of emails received.
What are Account Users and Subscribers?
Account Users (admins & members) teammates who can update and prioritize backlog, and manage feedback.
Subscribers are external voters who receive status updates and release notes. You pay per recipient, not per message/email sent. Subscribers don't have the access to your Ducalis account, only to the Voting board.
Do you offer a start-up discount?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. We accept credit card payments for all plans.
Enterprise plans with annual billing can also pay via invoice.
What plan do I get with the free trial?
Our free trial is for the Business plan and lasts 14 days.
After the trial, choose the plan that fits your needs, or you will be downgraded to the Free plan.
What integrations do you support?
There are 3 ways to integrate Ducalis.io with your favorite tools:
